Three things broke my marriage: His family’s interferance, His Manager’s interference and  His affair with Vicky Godis  - Toni Payne

Toni Payne has finally spoke about her failed marriage with singer 9ice. She revealed she never cheated, not dated Ruggedman – confirming she was looking forward to a reconciiation (still looking forward to it) which is the reason she decided to keep mum about the failed marriage.

Apparently, 9ice’s new babymama – whose name she revealed as Vicky “Bukky” Godis is responsible for the failed affair with his manager not helping the situation. Sadly, 9ice’s parents packed her and their son out of the house.

On 9ice’s new babymama – Vicky “Bukky” Godis being responsibe for their break up:

“That is not true, he has been in that relationship (with Bukky) before we seperated. In fact the day, I found out about it, I confronted her over the phone and she reported me to him. He came to fight me because of that and later called his parents (Alhaji Azeez Akande, Tawa Oshodi) to come and pack me and my son out of the house.”

…. Yes, she was the main reason along with issues with his family. All that Ruggedman story was rubbish, I’m not even attracted to Ruggedman ’cause he is like a brother to me. Aside that, his manager was feeding his parents false stories about me ’cause he wanted me out of the picture cos he thought I wanted his job and also his brother Dr Wale Akande convinced them I was after his property because I stopped the brother from continuing with building our house after noticing some monies where unaccounted for. Mind you, I met my husband when he was struggling, none of his family members sent him then. We were staying in my family house and his apartment with Jahbless in Ikorodu and I loved him regardless, so what property could I have been after? I toiled night and day with him so why would I want to cheat him. The parents would come to the house to fight me, yelling curses, trying to frustrate me out of the house, the mother tore my dress one day and I ran for mine and my sons safety. This caused a lot of tension in our relationship but instead of him to stand by me he ran to another woman.

and on her being overbearing, she said:

“I do not think I was overbearing. I wanted the best for him so yeah I may push him to strive for the best. I don’t think that’s a bad thing or something worth breaking a marriage over.”

her issues with 9ice’s manager:

” he disliked me because he felt I wanted his job. I believe it was ignorance disturbing him. I wasn’t interested in his job. I just wanted to be helpful to the process by contributing my knowledge. Guess he knew he was horrible at his job hence the insecurities. For me I dint care who managed him so far the person was doing a great job.”

Reaction to dating Bukky:

“Yes I was understandably angry because from day one, he knows I don’t want polygamy for my children. If I can avoid it and also ’cause I felt he should have divorced me first and married her before engaging in such. Like what example is he setting for his son. Lastly, I felt if he would impregnate anyone it should not be the woman who broke our home”

and on why she played cool all along, she said:

” I tried very hard to protect him even when people rubbished me. I never said ok – he was the one who messed up because I felt he would be wise and consider my son’s interest, when taking life changing decisions that could affect Zion. A part of me wanted to believe he would never put his own bloods future at stake for cheap thrils. I changed my mind about talking when I read a recent paper and noticed his manager was already trying to twist things to make it look like he moved on and got someone pregnant cos I’m engaged, I’m NOT engaged, so I just felt enough is enough, I don’t know why they must always bring my name up to justify their mistakes. I had to ask myself, Why am I protecting a man who continues to make me look bad to protect himself. I felt it was time to be true to myself and quit deceiving myself that he will soon feel remorse for his actions.”

on how they meant:

” He toasted me, I resisted in the beginning because I did not want a musician boyfriend, I later agreed because I felt he was sweet and sincere. How he changed so much is what I’m not sure of. Maybe bad advisers around him.”

Coded Tunes rap artiste Olamide would be releasing his debut album Rap-so-di in March. According to his management, it would be on March 21.”Rap-So-di simple tells you this album not conventional yet it’s quite poetic. “

QMarkMag gathers that the album have 15 tracks as well as a bonus track dedicated to a friend and colleague of his – the late Dagrin. Album would talk about his life,  God, love and more. ,

Surprisely too, Olamide who is managed by Toni Payne would feature her ex husband, 9ice on the track titled ‘Legendary Hustlers’ which is an inspirational song and talks about getting to the top. Other tracks are Lift him high which is a praise song to the Almighty, Gapa is a fun love song.

Rap-So-Di will be marketed by music distributor Uba Pacific and digital copies would be avilable for purchase on iTunes, Amazon and other online retailers. Olamide is currently managed by Toni Payne concepts and signed to Coded Tunes Records.

On a boring note, Abolore Akande AKA 9ice has re-instated his commitment to his separation from his Estranged wife Toni Payne. 9ice was said to have responded thus when asked about possible reconciliation with Toni…
Toni and I are separated and a divorce is already in the pipeline. We can never come back again. If people are been fed from the wrong sources about the possibility of reconciling, they are hearing from me now: We are never coming back!
9ice also insinuated that he might never get married to any one again but intends to get three more Kids in addition to Zion.

WE KNEW BIGIANO WOULD’T LAST—TRIPLE B
Bigiano was part of a group known as Triple B back in the day, The group broke up and Bigiano blew with his hit song ‘Shayo” now former members of the group are calling him out and claiming he was a one hit wonder who is almost talentless.
The question I have wanted to ask is Where on Earth is Bigiano?, last time I heard of him was that he was been m anaged by Mo-hits manager Sunday Are and had a few gigs, dude has been relatively quiet since then. Well ,here is an excerpt from the Interview conducted by vanguard.

I dunno if Y’all have seen the ‘yori yori’ remix video re-titled ‘Remember’ …..It features a certain model who was famous for carrying a bald hair and also was said to be singer H-man’s former squeeze. The model named Uche was said to be H-man’s former girlfriend, They were said to be so in love and was flaunting it everywhere until recently they experienced a bad break up that H-man is still trying to recover from. How did you come about the title Gongo Aso?

9ice: The title of Gongo Aso came at the end of my album, the title of the album was supposed to be “My Dictionary” and the song came up at the last minute. I was in the studio working with a friend of mine, Mark Rich and after recording the song, we shot the video when and I listened to the beat of the song. I told Mark that I could still write another song on the beat, so we went back to the studio and we recorded another song on the beat, I removed the beat and I did another beat on it and it became Gongo Aso. So Gongo Aso was the only track I promoted before the full album was released and it eventually became a huge success for me.

On ‘street credibility’ Collaboration with 9ice, Tuface said: He (9ice) had the beat and obviously had his verse and they came with a mobile studio and I did my bit right there and then. It was a lot of fun doing it trust me I liked it.

9ICE took to Twitter and Facebook to wishing his new archenemy/one-time buddy – Ruggedman a happy birthday (born today, September 20th) – he gave him a new name too. he wrote:

“HAPPY BIRTHDAY LOG HEADMAN. ENJOY YOUR SEND OFF”

The confederacy of Alapomeji crew to ruin ruggedman’s career has been pushed ahead with a yet to be released video of the diss track ‘talk i’m listening‘. The linchpin of the crew 9ice, who had to involve others in the beef has been dedicating more time and working hard to promote the diss track off  ‘the best birthday present ever‘ (which he has promised to release tomorrow). 9ice who has released only 2 videos off his ‘tradition’ album might have suspended works on promoting the album for promoting diss project aimed at Ruggedman. And you just wonder whether the always controversial Ruggedman is really going to wage war with 9ice. As we all know that making diss track is a second nature to Ruggedman considering the number of diss tracks under his belt (ehen, big brother and others) but for now, he has maintained his silence on the diss track. Does Ruggedy wanna let it go? or he’s got plans for 9ice?. Rugged has been updating thoughtless tweets until lately, when he replied to a tweet addressing the issue.

KELLY HANSOME & HIS ‘FAMILY’ ATTENDS THE CHARLY BOY SHOW?

So Charly boy hosted a crazy show somewhere in Abuja and they say the place was packed…even his very conservative and honourary parents were there…they say it was crazzzzzzzy (u kno Charly boy na) Kelly Hansome ( he say na Hansome, no be Handsome) opened the show and ripped it, they say he even did backflips…Aproko paparazis caught this picture of Kelly and they swore he said they were his ‘family’ ….yes family as in Wife and Daughter. We beg to differ…Is Kelly Hansome married?

You never can tell, I mean Klever Jay is married, K-solo AND a host of other musicians…Mean while peep what Charly boy had to say about the show.

Sunday August 29 was a day fun-loving residents of Abuja will not forget in a hurry. That day, the enigmatic Charly Boy held the Battle of the Gifted, a show that featured heavyweight music artists and comedians.
Since the show was promoted massively as musicians were pitted against comedians, the whole of Abuja looked forward eagerly to it, especially as the musicians and comedians involved were the biggest names in the industry: D’Banj, Basket Mouth, Kelly Hansome, Bovi, Jesse Jagz, I Go Dye, Kenny Saint Brown, Klint The Drunk, Terry G and many others.

Aware that it wasn’t prudent to keep the audience waiting longer than necessary as it was Sunday night, people would have to go to work the following day, and time was fast ticking away, Denrele called out Kelly Hansome to grace the stage which was a boxing ring.

As the crowd burst into applause that the Maga Don Pay crooner was truly coming on stage, the singer himself burst into the boxing ring and immediately delved into one of his hit tracks. His performance, a 7-minute spectacular, saw him utilising the whole of the boxing ring, moving among the audience, doing a back flip from a table and prostrating to Charly Boy’s parents who were in the audience.
