Moyo Lawal plays lead in Amaka Igwe’s new soap

Popular actress, Moyo Lawal plays the lead role in Now We Are Married – a new soap opera from veteran film-maker, Amaka Igwe. Amaka Igwe was the producer of the popular soap opera, Checkmate, which featured Richard Mofe-Damijo and Ego Boyo. She also directed the classic movies, Violated and Rattlesnake. Now We Are Married starts showing, Thursday (July 12), on Africa Independent Television (AIT), at 7:30 PM.
