Wesley Hotel in Benin was the venue for the talked about – Love Concert 3 which was billed to feature Terry G, SoundSultan, Gandoki, Naeto C and other A-List acts for the 5th of November. All other acts behaved as expected except Naeto who will not allowed any media house have him on their Red carpet on the basis that he was only paid to perform and not to be interviewed.
Then, after he’s being lodged in his hotel and the time came for him to climb the stage. He asked for his return ticket fee which the organizers – EhiGlad entertainment said wil be paid immediately after his performance afterall his artiste fee which was 500,000 had been paid in full already but Naeto would hear none of it saying he had done the payment already and only needed a refund in physical cash.
After all pleadings fell on deaf ears, the show went on without him & after the show the organizers asked for a refund insisting not to allow him leave until a return was made there by the artiste but Naeto C placed a call to his mother – Mrs Kema Chikwe, Petroleum Minister & within minutes security operatives including the Police, SSS et al got down to effect his release. The rap artiste also claimed that his 6000 dollars plus a Bold 5 Blackberry phone could not be found and so arrested the organizers & Hotel owner who was part of the sponsors of Love Concert 3. They both later effected their release yesterday.

?mark, you really do a wonderful job, u know the gossip and all. I dnt knw wia you got this story from but u really should have heard what Naeto c or his management had to say about the whole thing.

naeto lost my respect for him after reading this…ehiglad and his team are young hustlers,if naeto was generous enough,he could have done the show for half pay but instead he used politics on them.as for the dolls and bb-”it serves him right,u dont fuck with edoboys”…if they had seized his phone first,he wouldnt have called mummy

I must be frank here, i was a witness 2 what happened in Benin. Naeto C actually betrayed d trust n love we have for him. The organizers paid him full amount, yet he refuse 2 come out. Who is he? Is entertainment politics? 2face, P-square, Face, Basketmouth and other big names have all performed in d previous editions of this charitable event organised by Ehiglad Entertainment. Out of shame, after d organisers asked for refunds, he called his mum n claimed his cash n fone were missing. Truth be told, if he actually have dis money why then did he say he has to go to d ATM to withdraw money. His mum placed calls round n got d organisers arrested. D guys dat paid ur business class ticket n placed u in d best hotel. Dis Ehiglad we r talking about is a young guy helping out entertainment in d south south. If dis mummy boy is 2face, dbanj or P-square, meaning we will suffer. Dis is not fair. Naeto C pls go into politics with ur mum n stop using ur ill gotten connections 2 oppress d poor. Rich boy who can’t do things for charity, even after paid. U ve Never performed in Benin n u just lost that opportunity. Don’t ever visit Benin again. Spoilt brat, mummy’s boy.
