Even just after a couple of months in the music industry, the youngest ‘bad guy’ on TV is no longer referred to as an up and coming artist. David Adeleke, popularly known as ‘DAVIDO” has made his mark in the Nigerian music industry and we are confident to say, he is here to stay.

Within the short period Davido has been in the scene, he has built relationships with numerous artists and has an overwhelming amount of fan base. Featuring in and producing some, Davido has already worked in collaboration with some of Nigeria’s top artists including, Naeto C, Shank, Tiwa Savage, Sauce Kid, Mo’Cheddah, Lynxxx and popular UK artiste, Dotstar and is set to work with many more.

Davido has performed at nearly every major show this year from Music Meets Runway, The P-Square Invasion Concert to The Koko Concert in London. This will continue for the rest of the year.

With no better way to show what the young artist is made of, a documentary, based on his lifestyle, shows, studio sessions, commitment and dedication to the ‘game’ was put in place. Davido’s management and PR team, in collaboration with Gbaymee Phillips Productions gave rise to the documentary, ‘’Who Is Davido?’’

Featuring artists including Shank, Naeto C, D’Prince, Wizkid, DJ Neptune and many more in the documentary, Davido didn’t only convince us through his studio session that he is indeed a good producer of his own music (in relation to his Debut single, Back When) but also to other artists, as seen with Skales. And without any argument, we can confidently say his talents supersede that of many.

This documentary was set in place, not only to increase his fan base, but also, give those who constantly wondered what the artiste/producer DAVIDO was about, and an insight to his ‘hustle’ as an artiste.
