These young women will be drawn from a pool of recent secondary school leavers, undergraduates and graduates of higher institutions, young entrepreneurs, and business women“
The Leading Ladies summit would be bi-annual which would take place in two separate states.
The core aim of the Leading Ladies initiative is to establish a bi annual event that serves to effectively mentor, inspire, and motivate young women into making positive and informed choices, which in turn impact positively on their lives; as well as to spread awareness about particular challenges that concern the female gender, and to offer useful and lasting solutions. The mission statement of the Initiative is to use the event as a platform to propagate the all round development of young women in Nigeria, and all over the African continent.
