The 200 million dollars promised by President Goodluck Jonathan on the 30th anniversary of Silverbird group has been released and available for loan to interested applicants. The Minister of Finance confirms this and the 200 million naira has been tagged ‘Special Entertainment Fund’. Bank of Industry (BOI) has been appointed custodians of the funds while Lagos Business School will provide entrepreneurial capacity training for beneficiaries.
