On the celebrating of Silverbird group – Nigeria’s prominent entertainment empire led by Ben Murray Bruce. The entertainment mogul secured a mammoth loan from the Nigerian president accessible to only those in the Nigerian entertainment industry. President Goodluck was a guest at the Silverbird anniversary.At the event to mark the anniversary of the entertainment empire founded by their mom thirty years ago and attended by Mo’ Hits’ D’banj and Dr. Sid earlier in the month, November.

D’banj ushered the President to the stage with the presidential campaign theme song done by him Following Ben Bruce’s speech calling for the government support for the entertainment industry.

Ben Bruce, in his speech spoke passionately – highlighting the success and problems still facing the nascent entertainment industry, calling on the president for financial and structural support.

In the presence of the Minister of finance, Goodluck Jonathan came on stage and announced a loan of 200 million USD for Nigerian entertainers – for the growth of the industry.
